What I love about smoothies is how quick and easy they are to prepare. They are perfect grab-n-go foods for those with busy lifestyles. But when you’re on a high-fat, low-carb diet like keto, it’s natural to wonder if you can even have smoothies. After all, plenty of them are loaded up with fruit, juice, milk, and other ingredients that aren’t exactly keto-friendly.
Luckily, plenty of culinary creatives have come up with delicious and nutritious keto smoothies, and I’ve compiled a list of 21 here for you! It’s time to take back quick and easy meals!

12. Keto Breakfast Smoothie
Who else starts most days with nothing more than a cup of hot coffee? I’m guilty of that. But some days I really want a rich and flavorsome smoothie. One of my favorites is this chia breakfast smoothie. It is a good keto-friendly breakfast option as it only has 4 grams of net carbs per serving. It’s easy to make too!
13. Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Keto smoothies are fabulous, agreed? Make them for a snack or replace a meal. Either way, its a wonderful option for some quick, healthy nourishment when you are in a rush. This smoothie can be made with or without protein powder. This version is lighter, less heavy and thick, but still high in protein and a perfect snack.
14. Vanilla Keto Smoothie
Smoothies are great for breakfast on those days you don’t have time to cook. They take just a few minutes to prepare and don’t require any cooking skills. Healthy, delicious, and it actually tastes like a cinnamon roll! Have you been looking to cure your cravings for cinnamon rolls? Look no further, this low carb friendly cinnamon roll smoothie gives you the flavor without all the guilt. The combination of cinnamon, vanilla, and low carb protein powder create the ultimate start to your morning or work.
16. Keto Horchata Recipe
In this recipe, the creator combined the traditional horchata drink with Arroz con leche, which is more like a pudding. It’s made from rice and almonds, flavored with lime and cinnamon and sweetened with a lot of sugar. It’s easy to replace the sugar with a low-carb sweetener, and for the rice, you can easily replace with chia seeds. No worry!
17. Low Carb Lassi - Basic Lassi
Lassi is a popular Indian drink. It has numerous tasty and nourishing variations. These low-carb lassi versions are mild and easy to sip rather than those thick, dessert-type drinks. These revitalizing beverages are fantastic with spicy food, or as light refreshments on one of the remaining hot summer days. A refreshing twist on most keto smoothies.
18. Almond Orange Blossom Water Lassi

You’ll be rushing to the store to pick up all the flavor-bursting ingredients to one of my favorite keto smoothies.
20. Orange Ginger Lassi
In this drink the elegant and fruity flavor of orange peel is combined with fresh, tongue-tickling ginger. The fireworks of flavors are rounded with rich and creamy yogurt and gently sweetened with a zero-carb sweetener. When grating the orange, grate just the orange-colored peel and avoid the white pith, as the pith would give a very bitter flavor to the drink.
21. Coconut Milk Kefir
Fermented foods are not only beneficial for our health but are also great for a keto diet. Coconut milk kefir is a probiotic-rich non-dairy drink made by fermenting coconut milk and kefir starter cultures. Instead of kefir starter cultures, you can use 2 tablespoons of kefir grains or 2 capsules of your favorite probiotics.
